Our Process -- The Details:
Give Wells Construction a call to schedule an initial consultation where we will ask questions and discuss general design ideas. We will also take measurements of your space.

We will discuss budget and refer you to one of our many specialized vendors (cabinets, flooring, tile, appliances, etc...) that you will need to complete your job to the specifications of your desires.

We will send you a proposal via email including details that we discussed regarding the scope, design, and timeline of the project. At that time you will be able to either accept the proposal or respond with any modifications that you would like to add or remove...as well as questions that we can answer.

Should you decide that Wells Construction is the company for you, we will add you to our schedule for a start date and notify you of the approximate date. In the meantime, we will help coordinate delivery of supplies with the vendors that you have selected to ensure that everything arrives on time, preventing any possible delays.
